Nikki Patterson

Nikki has over 15 years of experience in corporate leadership and team development, program design, leadership coaching, operations, sales and facilitation.

She spent 12 years at Google, first in operations and strategy and then as a coach and organizational consultant supporting Google’s top leadership. After Google, Nikki was a director of talent management and organization development at the edtech company 2U before starting her own consulting practice. She utilizes a blend of change management, adult development theory and coaching to help her clients to get crystal clear on their personal vision of success and in taking intentional action to make that vision a reality.

Nikki has experience partnering with clients in building and leading effective teams, career development, prioritization, developing resilience, and decision-making. She has worked with leaders and teams at companies such as Google, Adobe, Capital One, McKinsey, Accenture, Tiffany & Co, and Philips, as well as non-profit organizations.

Nikki received a B.A. in Economics & Management from Albion College, a Masters in Organization Development from Bowling Green University, and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.

She loves to travel internationally, especially hiking and eating across Europe. Nikki lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with her partner and 2 kids.
