Career & Experience

Nikki spent 12 years at Google, where she transitioned from operations and strategy into coaching and organizational consulting—supporting top leaders across the company. She later served as Director of Talent Management and Organization Development at 2U, an edtech company, before launching her own successful coaching and consulting practice.

She has partnered with leaders and teams at organizations such as Google, Adobe, McKinsey, Accenture, Capital One, Tiffany & Co., Philips, and several nonprofits. Her approach blends coaching, change leadership, and adult development theory to unlock growth at both individual and organizational levels.

Nikki holds a B.A. in Economics & Management from Albion College, a Master’s in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Beyond Work

Nikki lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with her partner and two kids. She’s passionate about international travel, especially hiking and eating her way across Europe. Whether at home or abroad, she brings curiosity, heart, and a strategic mindset to everything she does.
