Entrepreneurs are a diverse lot, and it can be difficult to generalize about this group of passionate change-makers. Yet a common characteristic of entrepreneurs is the belief that it is their innovation, new idea or product that sets them apart. In fact, that isn’t really the difference maker for entrepreneurial success.

It’s the character and competencies of the entrepreneur themselves – their ability to envision a new future, take calculated risks and bring others into the shared mission – that change the game. Rather than the stereotype of a solo visionary, great entrepreneurs have a gift for rapid team formation, aligning and working with people as needed – some short-term and focused, others a longer term team relationship.

What are the traits that you bring to being an exemplary entrepreneur? How many of those rely on your ability to quickly team with others to achieve results and impact? Comment below or send us a message.
